To begin your order, complete the customer request form found on our website, or make a phone call. Soon, our agent will contact you to clarify the details of your purchase. Once the customer has the approved product specification form and has made a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total product value, their order will be issued to our factory for its production. Each order is manufactured to customer specifications. Customers can pay by credit cards, bank transfers or Paypal. It is possible to apply other payment options. Shipping costs, fees, taxes or any other delivery-related costs are borne by the customer.

Shipping and Delivery

Average production time is 2 to 4 weeks. At the time your product is manufactured, the shipping details and a tracking number are emailed to the customer, the remaining balance and shipping costs are charged before the product is delivered to the customer

Each product is carefully packed in a wooden box to ensure safe delivery. When the customer receives their order, they must inspect and look for possible damage to the wooden box or the outside of the packaging. In case of damage to the box/product, we require that photos be taken as proof of the damage, and sent immediately by phone or email to your seller and Ella’s Bubbles. Customers should also record the issues in detail in the sender’s documents and ensure that the sender approves the damages to ensure an easier process when filing a claim. The shipment of the product is ensured to the customer’s door. In case of damage, follow the steps numbered above to ensure coverage.
